Project Overview
Atletiks Fitness was a personal training business that was focused on client satisfaction and retention. As the owner and CEO of the company, I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing and coordinating a team, and engaging with communities through social media platforms. I also led a team of four people to win the Junior Championship in bodybuilding in just nine months. In addition to these responsibilities, I created 21+ Facebook posts and 1-2 ads on a weekly basis, and developed and implemented a marketing funnel to acquire 50 new clients in one year. I also conducted daily calls with leads for personal training, with a contract success rate of 10-20%. In order to continually improve the business, I developed 1-2 marketing strategies and campaigns each quarter. Overall, my time at Atletiks Fitness allowed me to gain valuable experience in managing a business and growing a brand through marketing and community engagem

I also worked directly with clients to design and deliver personalized training programs based on their individual goals and needs. Through my dedication to client satisfaction and my passion for fitness, I was able to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Additionally, my experience as a self-employed small business owner gave me valuable skills in managing budgets, forecasting profits and losses, and making strategic business decisions. Overall, my time at Atletiks Fitness allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients and to gain valuable experience in the fitness industry
